SimpleVox documentation
SimpleVox is a business phone system for small businesses. You get US local and toll-free business numbers (or bring your own), call routing, calling from the mobile app or your browser, voicemail and texting, all landing in one shared inbox for each number. Likely spam is labelled before you answer. Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarized, and every summary links back to the call or message it came from.
These docs cover how to set it up and use it day to day, how to connect your AI assistant, and how developers can build on SimpleVox through the API and MCP server.
If you’re looking for a quick answer to an account question, the help center is the fastest place to start. You can also email support@simplevox.net.
