Billing & Refund Policy
Effective February 2025
This Billing & Refund Policy outlines how subscriptions, charges, and refunds work on the SimpleVox platform. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Subscription Billing
SimpleVox offers monthly and annual subscription plans for our voice and messaging services.
- All subscriptions auto-renew by default unless canceled.
- Charges are billed in advance for the upcoming billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- By subscribing, you authorize SimpleVox to charge your payment method automatically until you cancel.
- You can view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
Trial Periods: If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be billed until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your current features until then.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our service, but due to the digital nature of our product, all payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges – If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
- Incorrect plan charges – If you were charged for a plan you didn’t select and notify us within 7 days.
- Service not delivered – If you experience a service outage longer than 72 hours due to our error.
To request a refund under one of these conditions, contact support@simplevox.net within 7 days of the charge.
Note: We do not issue refunds for unused time, partial months, missed cancellations, or user error.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:
- Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be billed again unless you reactivate your subscription.
- You will retain access to your phone numbers and voicemail inbox until your plan ends.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
Invoicing & Receipts
- All users receive an email receipt after each successful payment.
- Detailed billing history is available in your account settings.
- If you require a custom invoice with business information (e.g., for tax purposes), email billing@simplevox.net.
